Key Responsibilities:

Campus Operations Management:

Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure a smooth and effective learning environment.

Leadership & Team Management:

Lead, inspire, and manage campus staff and faculty, fostering a culture of excellence.

Student Enrollment & Retention:

Drive student enrollment growth and ensure high student satisfaction and retention rates.

Financial & Budget Management:

Manage campus budgets and ensure financial objectives are met.

Compliance & Safety:

Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain a safe, inclusive campus environment.

Requirements:

Educational Qualification:

Minimum of a

Bachelor's Degree

(Master's degree preferred).

Experience:

Proven track record of

managing a higher education campus

or similar leadership role in an educational institution.

Leadership Skills:

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Strategic Mindset:

Ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives for campus growth.

Passion for Education:

A genuine passion for student success and educational excellence.
