Manage subcontracted training providers.
Manage site compliance with related legislation.
Facilitate and prepare for ETQA visits, audits, monitoring, moderation and reporting.
Arrange and hold Academic Meetings
Arrange and hold operational project implementation meetings.
Coordinate the Site on a day-to-day business, such as:
o Learner enquiries,
o Induction,
o Discipline of Learners,
o Maintenance and cleaning of premises - Managing of Garden, Domestic and Guest Relations staff.
o OHS Management including Fire Safety including OHS site Meetings, Signage, Risk assessments.
o Manage & report on Site estates/equipment/stocks to the Operational Manager
o Access control
Manage admin staff and facilitators on site attend to staff issues, allocation of work and management of day-to-day activities.
Conduct performance reviews of staff
Manage sites/programmes on a day-to-day bases: Learner enquiries, class visits, learner progress, assessments, cost management, discipline, facilitators schedules.
Assist with recruitment and interviewing of learners.
Participate in Management Meetings
Communicate with DHET /SETA`S.
Management of Certification Ceremonies
Attend SETA/ETQA workshops to keep up to date.
Stay abreast with legislation pertaining to skills development.
