My client, a prominent training academy located in Stellenbosch, is looking to hire a Campus Principal. The ideal candidate should have at least three years of relevant experience in the hospitality industry, three years of management experience, and one year of sales experience.The main purpose of this position is to ensure the professional general management and excellent performance of the campus in terms of its facilities, staff, sales, overall finances and student service delivery.Key Results Areas:

• Implement the national sales strategy and achieve Campus sales targets.
• Effective management of cost control of Campus financials, as well as Debtors management xe2x80x93 to ensure profitability and sustainability.
• Management of System Administration and facilities in and around the campus.
• To comply with regulations from accrediting and professional bodies and monitor a high standard of quality and excellence.
• Monitor the academic curriculum and from time to time teach management modules to ensure that studentsxe2x80x99 achievements correlate with the expectations from industry.
• Manage performance of Campus staff.
• Implement a Customer Relationship Management Strategy at the campus.

• Culinary Arts or Hospitality Management qualification equivalent to (e.g. City & Guilds Diploma in Culinary Arts/Patisserie OR Hospitality Management).
• Conduct Outcomes based assessment (advantageous).
