Location: Woodstock, Cape Town

Permanent, Full Time

R25,000 to R30,000 per month plus exciting benefits!

We are growing our Candidate Attraction team and are looking for a hardworking Candidate Attraction Team Leader to join our brand new office in Woodstock, Cape Town. You will manage our team of Candidate Attraction Specialists, working to manage and increase the division's candidate pipeline through both reactive and proactive sourcing. You will work with the team to ensure a focus on providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to enhance the candidate's experience.

  • Manage our team of candidate attraction specialists, motivating the team to achieve, and be a point of escalation for any queries
  • Work closely with our brands to identify attraction requirements, liaising with our marketing teams to produce relevant campaigns
  • Support the team through regular on-the-job coaching, as well as setting and monitoring the team's objectives
  • Build relationships with all stakeholders, giving insights on activity and generating new ideas to attract the best talent
