Job Description
A corporate and commercial law firm is seeking a a young and vibrant individual to join its dynamic team as a Candidate Legal Practitioner.
Minimum requirements:
Valid Driver's License
LLB Degree
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct legal research and draft legal documents (contracts, opinions, and pleadings)
Attend consultations, court proceedings, arbitrations, and mediations.
Prepare briefs and instructions for Counsel.
Assist in managing client files and maintaining proper documentation.
Attend internal training sessions and workshops.
Liaise with clients, Counsel, court officials, and other Stakeholders.
Administrative tasks related to case and file management.
Tendering.
The position is based in Musgrave, Durban, KwaZulu-Natal.
