Job Title: Candidate Services Advisor - Screening

Reporting to: Candidate Services Team Leader

Role Objective:

Join our Candidate Services Team! As a Candidate Services Advisor, you'll be responsible for pre-employment screening of candidates, ensuring accuracy and high service levels. You'll solve problems efficiently and help prevent future issues, all while maintaining professionalism.

What You'll Do:

Screen candidates: Complete checks like Digital Identity, employment verification, credit, and DBS checks.

Guide candidates through the process, making sure all necessary documents are submitted.

Keep accurate records of screening results.

Learn to use different client systems and portals.

Understand compliance and stay up to date with regulations.

Support extra projects and stay flexible with tasks.

Resolve queries and escalate issues when needed.

Help the team with other tasks as required.

Join client meetings and collaborate with colleagues.

What You Bring:

Customer service experience and a passion for helping others.

Experience in screening or onboarding (a plus!).

Familiarity with screening tools/software (helpful!).

Knowledge of regulatory standards (bonus!).

Strong MS Office skills, especially Word and Excel.

Good time management and organizational skills.
