Candidate Valuer
Job Description
Duties:
- Inspection, measure, collect building plans and zoning certificates, sg diagrams, windeeds, title deeds with the purpose of performing valuations under supervision.
- Conduct market research including rentals, land sales, capitalization rates, discount rates and develop a sound knowledge of the South African retail, commercial and commercial property market.
- Collate, draft and prepare valuation reports in terms of the required formats.
- Maintain orderly electronic file records of research and working documents.
- Adhere to the required levels of confidentiality as set out in each client brief and on company confidential matters
- Understand and become proficient in the use of all technology employed in undertaking valuations with sufficient training.Qualifications
- A degree in Real Estate or Property Studies.
- Being registered with the SACPVP as a Candidate Valuer is an added advantage but we will facilitate registration if not.Experience
- 1 Year experience
