Inspection, measure, collect building plans and zoning certificates, sg diagrams, windeeds, title deeds with the purpose of performing valuations under supervision.
Conduct market research including rentals, land sales, capitalization rates, discount rates and develop a sound knowledge of the South African retail, commercial and commercial property market.
Collate, draft and prepare valuation reports in terms of the required formats.
Maintain orderly electronic file records of research and working documents.
Adhere to the required levels of confidentiality as set out in each client brief and on company confidential matters.
Understand and become proficient in the use of all technology employed in undertaking valuations with sufficient training.

Qualifications

A degree in Real Estate or Property Studies.
Being registered with the SACPVP as a Candidate Valuer is an added advantage but the organisation will facilitate registration if not.
