Position Overview: As a Canvasing Relationship Specialist, you will play a crucial role in expanding our network and fostering relationships within the local community. You will be responsible for generating leads, identifying potential clients, and promoting our real estate services. This position requires a proactive and outgoing individual who is comfortable engaging with people and has a deep understanding of the local property market in Cape Town. Responsibilities: Community Engagement: Actively engage with the local community to build awareness of our real estate services. Attend community events, networking functions, and local gatherings to represent the company. Lead Generation: Conduct door-to-door canvassing to identify potential clients and generate leads. Utilize various channels, including social media and local publications, to identify and reach out to potential clients. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with property owners, tenants, and local businesses. Collaborate with other team members to leverage existing networks and expand the company's reach. Market Research: Stay informed about the local real estate market trends, property values, and competitive landscape. Provide regular updates to the team on market insights and potential opportunities. Client Education: Educate potential clients about our services, market trends, and the benefits of working with our agency. Organize and conduct informational sessions or workshops for the community
Qualifications: Proven experience in canvassing, sales, or community engagement. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of the Cape Town real estate market. Self-motivated and able to work independently. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred). Previous experience in real estate or related industries is a plus.
