Are you at the top of your "Canvassing Game" when it comes to qualifying potential property sellers and buyers?An opportunity has become available at one of the most influential, largest and award- winning realtors on the Atlantic Seaboard.Requirements:
- Matric/National Senior Certificate
- Relevant Tertiary Qualification Advantageous
- Previous experience within the property industry preferred
- Proven track record of targets vs. achievements
- Computer Literate (Ms Office Suite Applications)
- Identifying potential clients and properties
- Lead generation
- Research properties
- Contact lead prospects
- Manage lead distribution
- Manage all outbound calls and solve queries
- Present qualified leads to sales agents for follow up
- Capture relevant information onto database
- Maintain strong relations with all team members
