Job Description
Highbury Media T/A Habari Media, a leading media and advertising agency.
We are seeking a Customer Service Intern to join our team and help maintain our excellent service standards.
Responsibilities:
Addressing customer complaints, responding to inquiries, and resolving common issues
Inbound phone support
Meeting and exceeding performance targets related to resolution times, response rates, customer feedback, and service quality
Qualifications:
At least 6 months experience in an inbound call centre environment
Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service and consistently meet or exceed daily targets
Strong verbal and written communication skills (email proficiency is especially important)
* Competent in using backend admin systems, and able to quickly learn new technologies
