Car Rental Agent
Job Description
***PREVIOUS OR CURRENT EXPERIENCE IN CAR RENTAL IS PREFERRED***
We are looking for an awesome Car Rental Agent to join a rapidly growing Car Rental Company. You will be responsible for rental bookings, confirmations, agreements and vehicle handovers and collections. In addition, you will also be checking for damages, extensive customer liaison and upselling. It is ESSENTIAL that you come from a Car Rental or Counter Sales background, must have excellent interpersonal and admin skills, be exceptionally well groomed, have the ability to work in a small team working environment and have genuine contactable references.Job Requirements
Matric Certificate or Equivalent
Must have at least 1 year of Counter Sales/Internal Sales/Car Rental Agent experience.
A Valid Drivers License and own transport.
Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
Be well-groomed and presented.
Have excellent interpersonal and admin skills.
Ability to work shifts.
A stable work history.
Reliable and contactable references.You will need the following documents when applying;
