Job Description
***PREVIOUS OR CURRENT EXPERIENCE IN CAR RENTAL IS PREFERRED***

If you're attentive, have strong customer service and upselling skills, and take pride in ensuring smooth experiences for customers, this role could be a great fit for you. We need you to offer a warm, friendly, and personalized rental experience to each customer, to understand customer needs and recommend additional services or products to enhance their rental experience, manage bookings, inquiries, and returns efficiently, always maintaining a helpful and positive attitude and build relationships with customers by delivering attentive and reliable service, ensuring they feel valued.
Job Requirements
Matric Certificate or Equivalent
A valid driver's license
Prior experience in a customer-facing role (retail, hospitality, or similar)
A proven ability to upsell and meet customer needs
Excellent communication skills in English
Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
A stable and continuous work history
