Job Description
Oversee the daily operations of Prolific Carwash, ensuring high-quality service, efficient workflow, and customer satisfaction. Responsible for staff management, financial oversight, and maintaining equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily car wash operations, ensuring cleanliness and safety standards. Supervise, train, and schedule staff for optimal performance. Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally. Monitor sales, control expenses, and maintain profitability. Implement promotional activities to attract customers and boost revenue. Ensure proper maintenance and repair of equipment.
Requirements:
Proven experience in car wash management or a similar role. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Basic financial management and inventory control knowledge. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: R5000,00 - R15000,00 per month
Work Location: In person
