Responsible for managing the front desk and day-to-day operations of the Cape Town Office and Support Centre(s). Provides administrative support to the Direct-to-Consumer Care Model by assisting with tracking and offering ad hoc support to the Nursing and Care Teams.The ideal candidate will be a self-driven individual who can work independently, is organized, and has the ability to prioritize multiple tasks to support internal and external customers as well as end users. The position is based in Cape Town.
