A bit more about the Opportunity...:What Your Day-to-Day will Look Like:xf0x9fx93x9a You will oversee and implement Career Development Programme to ensure they meet organizational goals and learner needs. You will develop and execute strategies to drive engagement and maximize completion rates for all development programs. You will monitor and analyze the progress of learning initiatives, providing regular reports and insights to the business. You will also identify opportunities for enhancing the impact of learning programs, implementing changes based on feedback and performance data.You will lead and guide projects from start to finish with care and precision, ensuring timely delivery, quality outputs, and alignment with organizational goals. You will proactively identify and address challenges to ensure project continuity and success, ready to resolve any issues that arise during projects. You will collaborate with all stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination across all phases of project execution. You will gather and incorporate feedback from participants and stakeholders to continuously refine and improve the development programs. You have a great degree of strategic thinking, and you take on practical and proactive approaches to further understand the development of people and processes.You are able to simplify complex concepts and fostering an inclusive environment where all team members can contribute and collaborate effectively. You will facilitate & lead the delivery of training sessions, ensuring that content is effectively communicated and understood by learners. You will ensure those training sessions are engaging, informative, and aligns with learning objectives, fostering a positive and impactful learning experience for all participants.Requirements:

  • You have 1-2 years experience in managing Career Development Programs or similar learning initiatives focusing on program administration and optimization (highly advantageous)
  • You have 1-2 years experience within a Learning and Development role (BPO sector preferred)
  • You have a relevant tertiary qualification/equivalent to the role
  • You are able to complete data analysis and create reports, capable of extracting insights and presenting findings in a clear and actionable manner.
  • You can deliver training content, ensuring it is engaging, informative, and aligned with learning objectives
  • You have strong stakeholder management skills and you can effectively communicate with all levels of the business
  • You have knowledge of adult learning principals and different learning styles
