Job Description

We are looking for an in experienced Administration Manager to supervise daily support operations of our company and plan the most efficient administrative procedures. Successful candidate will lead a team of professionals to complete a range of administrative duties in different departments.
Duties
Recruit and train personnel and allocate responsibilities and office space
Coordinate and plan administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes
Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations
Assess staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency
Keep abreast with all organizational changes and business developments

Manage schedules and deadlines
Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations
Skills and Requirement
Proven experience as administration 1-3 years. Without experience are welcome
In-depth understanding of office management procedures and departmental and legal policies
Proficient in MS Office packages
An analytical mind with problem-solving skills
Grade 11 to 12 with excellent experience. Degree and diploma
Any applicant currently out of Gauteng province due lockdown can’t apply since the interview will be conducted next week
