Inventories Picker And Packers
Job Description
We are currently looking for physically able pick packers to assist with filling of orders in a warehousing environment. Successful candidate will help in the management of the warehouse inventories, packaging of goods as part of the supply chain in a busy distribution centre. Pick packers will ensure to arrange inventories in boxes and making sure they are stored away without damage Duties
1. Pick orders, process tickets, complete paper requirement, locate inventory in the warehouse, by moving for processing and for shipment purposes.
2. Check items to ensure not been damage or missing in parts. Package items in accordance to specifications and also transport it carefully for shipment.
3. Pick Packer maintain inventories in the warehouse by arranging them in boxes to ensure they are carefully stored with no damage. They equally track orders, package items for shipment, making sure products are accurately recorded. Pick packers also maintain the general tidiness of the warehouse.
Skills
Experience in RF scanner
Mathematical skills
Knowledgeable with shipment software
Grade 10-12
Experience in warehousing 1-3 years
Computer Knowledge
Well spoken and written communication skills
Stand long hours lifting heavy objects
