Front Office Manager.
A luxury lodge & hotel group requires an experienced front office manager.
For a medium sized 4* Hotel in the Graskop area.
The Manager needs to be proficient in Microsoft Office, especially with excellent Excel Skills.
Good working knowledge and understanding of Hospitality PMS system is required.
Experience in NEBULA, APEX & PLUSPOINT computer software is a bonus.
The manager needs excellent guest relation and communication skills.
Applicants must have at least 2-3 years’ experience in a related field .
The candidate must have a solid track record as a Front Office Manager in the Hotel Industry.
The applicant needs a Valid South African Identity Document.
To ensure that guests are greeted, checked in and allocated rooms promptly and courteously.
To control servicing of rooms and maintained to the standards laid down by the Company.
To ensure maximum room occupancy within agreed overbooking policy.
Regular On-the-Job training to be done to agreed standards.
Salary R 16 000 to R 18 000.00 & company benefits.
