Analyze historical financial data fromQuickBooks, SellerCloud,
and other sources to develop precise cash flow projections.Financial Reporting & Visualization:
Create and maintaindaily financial reports, charts, and dashboards
to track key financial indicators.Data Analysis & Insights:
Comparedebits vs. assets, receivables vs. payables,
and other financial metrics to provide a clear and actionable financial outlook.Real-Time Financial Monitoring:
Generate timely insights to supportbusiness decision-making and risk management.
Communication & Reporting:
Maintain clear andproactive communication with leadership
, ensuring financial trends, risks, and opportunities are consistently reported.Availability & Responsiveness:
Behighly responsive and adaptable,
with the ability to work extended hours when necessary.Qualifications & Skills

Proven experience in financial forecasting, cash flow management, and data analysis.
Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, SellerCloud, and financial analytics tools.
Strong data visualization skills
(charts, graphs, reports) usingExcel, Google Sheets, or BI tools.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills
ability to present data clearly and proactively discuss financial trends.Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing business needs.
