A prominent firm based in Johannesburg is currently seeking a Cashbook Manager to join their team.The Cashbook Manager oversees the efficient operations of the Cashbook department, ensuring timely and accurate completion of daily, weekly, and monthly tasks. They prioritize providing excellent service to internal and external clients and manage all staff-related tasks within these departments.As a Cashbook Manager you will responsible for the following:

  • Daily reconciliation of bank accounts, daily action on clearing accounts, and monthly review and approval of reconciliations to maintain an updated General Ledger.
  • Accurate and timely handling of daily tasks such as EFT processing, receipting, and email responses.
  • Effective client collections and precise allocation of funds.
  • Adherence to critical deadlines.
  • Contribution to value-added projects, both financial and non-financial.
Job Experience and Skills Required:
BCom Degree or similar
3 - 5 yearsxe2x80x99 experience in a management role
Advanced Excel
