Job SummaryCORE PURPOSE OF JOBThe purpose of this post is to provide a welcoming, professional, and customer-focused cashier and barista service ensuring accurate account of all stock and transactions within a catering retail environmentKEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
- Customer management
- Cash Management.
- Administrative duties e.g. any task related to operations within Catering service.
- Compliance to food safety and health and safety requirements.
- Provide professional customer experience.
- Stock merchandizing and stock administration
- Ad hoc duties e.g. Beverage production
- Basic computer skills
- Knowledge and understanding of POS system
- Literacy skills
- Knowledge and understanding of menu, prices and specials
- Knowledge and understanding of food, health and safety require Quality and tasteful beverages
- Increased customer base
- Ability to handle food and hot beverages
- Organised and detail oriented
