Johannesburg - Gauteng - South AfricaAs Lead, you will drive business growth, revenue, and market share within the organisation.This role reports to the Head of Products and involves managing product performance, developing key business relationships, and implementing a robust go-to-market strategy. You will lead quarterly sales target achievement, pricing strategy execution, and market expansion while ensuring optimal product availability across all sales channels.Essential Requirements for the Role:
- A bachelors degree in business, economics, trade, or engineering is preferred
- Experience in product management within a distributor or vendor environment.
- Strong expertise in market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and pricing strategy is essential
- Proficiency in Excel, Tableau, and Keynote.
- Proven experience managing resellers, specialised retailers, and integrators
- Experience functioning as a "pricing specialist" for their product category.
- The ability to present and defend pricing and commercial strategies.
