Catering Inventory Manager
Job Description
We are looking for a hard-working, energetic individual to join our team. Fast-paced enviroment with the ability to work under pressure.
Preferably someone in the food industry.
Ensure safe receipt of all incoming food and non-food products whilst checking quantity, quality, temperature control, shelf life etc.
Dry store, fridge and freezer management required. (The job does get cold!)
Logistics for deliveries, collections and returns.
Ensure all goods are promptly and securely stored.
Undertake accurate stock checks.
Liaising with suppliers
In -person procurement at various stores. Suppliers depending.
Communicating with chefs on ingredients.
Budgeting for three different sites.
Travel to three sites required on a weekly basis. (Johannesburg/Sandton)
Computer skills required.
Own transport a plus.
