Catering Manager
Job Description
We are currently looking for a catering manager for a large retirement home. The individual must have a 3 year catering diploma and at least 5 years of experience in management. The Catering Manager will be required to do daily costings, issuing of stock, stock takes, ordering of stock, menu planning as well as assisting the chef with preparation of meals and serving of the meals. The manager must maintain the company standards with regards to food safety and hygiene. You will be required to have a strong knowledge different dishes and desserts. Please ensure you have your own car. You will be required to work weekends and public holidays. Please only apply if you meet these basic requirements.
