As a CCTV & Access Control Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of CCTV and access control systems at various client sites. You will work closely with our team to ensure that all systems are installed to the highest standards and function efficiently to provide top-tier security for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Install and configure CCTV cameras, access control systems, and related security devices. Troubleshoot and repair CCTV and access control systems. Conduct regular maintenance and system upgrades to ensure optimal performance. Perform system diagnostics, identify faults, and resolve issues promptly. Assist with system design and provide technical support to clients. Maintain accurate service records and documentation. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client queries and ensuring satisfaction. Stay updated on the latest security technologies and industry trends.

Requirements:

Proven experience in CCTV and Access Control installation and maintenance. Strong knowledge of security systems, including IP cameras, NVRs, and access control panels. Familiarity with network protocols, wiring, and system integration. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Good communication and customer service skills. Valid driver's license and ability to travel to various job sites. Relevant certifications (e.g., CCTV, Access Control, or Security Technician certifications) are preferred.
