My Client is looking for a Centre Manager for their branch in the Northern Subaurbs of Cape Town.The Ideal candidate should be able to manage, develop and be accountable for activities of the Centre, to exceed budgeted revenue and profitability and to maintain or improve the public image of the At minimum a matric plus related tertiary qualification in Sales/Marketing or Building Qualification. 3 - 5 years Sales experience. People management Skills. Administrative experience (financial as well as stock control). Computer literacy (MS Office). JDE will be an added advantage. Building and construction industry experience will be an advantage. Drivers licence with a car pre-approval, Product knowledge will be an advantage, Business and financial acumen. Language Bilingual centre. The individual will also be responsible for overseeing the administrative functions of the Centre and to ensure that all company policies and procedures are implemented and maintained at the required standard. The Centre Manager needs to deal with all staff matters at the Centre which includes but is not limited to motivation, training recommendations, in store training, adherence to policies and procedures, pricing and disciplinary procedures. The Centre Manager needs to visit existing customers and sites and will also be responsible for finding new opportunities and/or customers. The individual will also respond to customer queries and follow up on necessary actions. The Centre Manager needs to drive a customer centric service culture in his/her Centre, to ensure customer needs are not only met but exceeded.At minimum a matric plus related tertiary qualification in Sales/Marketing or Building Qualification.3 - 5 years Sales experience.
