To further support their operations at one of their Regional Shopping Centres in Pretoria, they are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Soft Services Manager.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing a wide range of soft services including security, cleaning, hygiene, pest control, waste removal, parking, and landscaping. Your key responsibilities will include managing various service providers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services, overseeing service-level agreements, conducting regular site inspections, documenting meeting minutes and shift registers, as well as providing comprehensive reports to the Centre Manager.
To be considered for this position, interested candidates must possess a minimum of 3 years' experience in a soft services facilities management role, with exposure to commercial properties for at least one year.
