Proven track record of successful turnaround management in the appliance, logistics, manufacturing or construction industry.
Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and P&L management.

Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and the ability to make tough decisions under pressure.
Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
Develop and implement a comprehensive growth strategy to revitalize the company's performance and ensure consistent profitability.
Lead the formulation of short-term and long-term strategic plans aligned with the company's mission, vision, and values.
Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to capitalise on them.
Foster a good corporate culture based on loyalty, continuous improvement, and operational excellence throughout the organization.
Financial Management - Work with the CFO to:
Oversee the financial health of the company, including overseeing the budgeting, forecasting, product margins, working capital management and debtors collections.
Implement operational efficiency initiatives and optimize resource allocation to improve profitability.
Operational Excellence:
Streamline operational processes and oversee the development of companys CRM to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Drive sales growth through optimisation of marketing strategies and onboarding of more corporate clients.
Implement quality control measures, regular monitoring, and customer feedback to ensure the delivery of high-quality repair services.
Optimize supply chain management to reduce turnaround times and improve service delivery.
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor performance and drive continuous improvement.
Talent Management:
Recruit, develop, and retain top talent to build a high-performing team.
Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to employees to foster a culture of accountability and teamwork.
Implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
Stakeholder Relations:
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
Communicate effectively with shareholders and board members to provide regular updates on company performance and strategic initiatives.
Represent the company in industry events, conferences, and other networking opportunities to enhance its visibility and reputation.
