As CEO of RegCafe, you will lead a unique establishment that integrates a vibrant cafe experience with comprehensive event and conferencing services. Your role involves not just overseeing cafe operations but also expanding into event management, catering, and production services, including photography from pre to post-production. With a focus on health-conscious culinary offerings, your visionary leadership will drive RegCafe's growth, profitability, and operational excellence in the hospitality industry.Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic business plans to expand cafe operations and event services, ensuring alignment with the company's mission and financial goals.
• Lead the integration of cafe services with event management, creating seamless experiences for corporate events, training, and conferences.
• Oversee the development of catering menus that feature health-conscious options, including vegan selections and hormone-free meats, aligning with the company's commitment to nourishing and memorable dining experiences.
• Manage comprehensive venue rental and production services, ensuring high standards are met from initial client consultation to post-event follow-up.
• Maintain and enhance relationships with key stakeholders, including shareholders, corporate clients, and suppliers, ensuring a high level of trust and mutual profitability.
• Drive marketing and PR strategies to enhance RegCafe's reputation as a leader in combining top-tier hospitality with event services.
• Foster a company culture that prioritizes exceptional customer service, innovation in hospitality, and a strong community focus.
• Monitor the financial performance of the cafe and event segments, implementing cost controls and exploring new revenue streams.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a CEO or in a senior managerial position within the hospitality or event management industry.
• Demonstrated success in overseeing cafe operations, event management, and catering services.
• Strong understanding of finance, marketing, and operational management within the hospitality sector.
• Ability to lead a diverse team and manage multiple segments of a business efficiently.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and public speaking skills to represent RegCafe at all levels.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with innovative approaches to business development and problem-solving.
• MSc/MA in Business Administration or relevant field; an MBA is highly preferred.
