• As the Area Manager, you will manage SHEQ to achieve safety targets and ensure compliance with all requirements

Ensure equipment on customer sites are installed and maintained according to applicable standards, legal requirements, and the ISO quality system * You will ensure costs are effectively managed and reduced where possible through stringent controls on vehicles, procurement cards, working stock, capital installations & maintenance expenses

• Continuously drive improvement in all activities to derive cost saving from efficiencies identified
• Identify and manage customer site risk through risk assessment processes, site audits and safe work systems so that effective mitigations can be implemented to close out identified risks timeously
• Further you will maintain effective communication with all stakeholders (Project teams, Sales employees, Customers and their Maintenance Managers

What makes you great

• You possess relevant technical qualification at Tertiary level, a B-Tech or similar or a trade certificate with additional five years management experience
• You have five to ten years relevant experience and proven ability in technical and customer service activities, gained in the gases business
• Furthermore, you have well-developed project management, problem solving and organizing skills
