Job Description
Our client is a leading Property and Facilities Management company based in Gauteng, with its head office in Centurion. With a rich 30-year history, they specialize in managing properties for Home Owners Associations and Body Corporates, while also offering services in Rental collections, Facilities Management, Utilities management, and Insurance Brokerage.Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the Board to execute on Shareholder's Objectives
- Develop and implement high-quality business strategies aligned with short-term and long-term goals
- Lead financial planning and analysis initiatives to drive growth and maintain financial health
- Liaise with regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with industry requirements
- Enforce adherence to legal guidelines and in-house policies
- Identify and manage risks to achieve company objectives
- Stay current with relevant legislation and accounting requirements
- Oversee the implementation of robust financial systems and internal controls
- Prepare and present monthly and annual financial reports
