Product is at the heart of everything we do and we're looking for an experienced, passionate and driven individual to join Laura James Commercial Team. This role will focus on the retail side of the business with B2C sales.
Job Title: Channel Account Manager
Reports to: Commercial Manager
Role objective: Ownership of retail sales activities on our sales channels (Wayfair and Amazon). Ensure the brand is well represented and sales target are met.
Key accountabilities:
Oversee the channel team to ensure sales target are met by ensuring:
SKU health is the best it can be to maximise revenue
the product catalogue is kept up to date adding and removing products as necessary as per the 'range reviews'
existing product listings are current and in line with the UK Laura James website (Imagery & descriptions)
all product variations are linked to maximise sales potential
Oversee the channel team to ensure a high standard of after sales service is provided:
By promptly updating the Wayfair partner home or Amazon customers directly if order movement occurs
By handling customer service issues communicated by Wayfair e.g. order cancellations, replacement parts etc.
Efficiently manage the ticket system on both zen desk and the Wayfair portal, as well as emails within the Amazon seller central.
Handle customer service issues promptly and professionally to a satisfactory resolve for the customer
Ensure refunds / reduction requests are kept below the KPI target
Ensure all channels are compliant with the platforms policies
Identify new commercial opportunities and ways to improve the channel performance
Work towards improving working efficiencies
Running PPC ads on the platforms to drive product exposure and sales whilst achieving the ROAS target.
Coordinate internally with key teams to resolve any issues that may occur with the channel accounts
Create key reports to communicate information such as, listings progress, sales performance and inventory information
Be the main point of contact for channel partner representatives and develop a good working relationship with excellent communication.

Previous experience & education:
Minimum education level - GCSE (or equivalent)
Experience working for or with online retailers
