Our client in the Telecommunications Services industry is currently looking for a Channel Manager, in Sandton, Johannesburg:Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of a range of partners within a base segmentation (portfolio) and grow the channel by onboarding new partners.
• Build enduring, strategic relationships and display an understanding of partners go-to-market strategy and business environment to identify current and future opportunities
• Drive passionately for partner satisfaction throughout the entire lifecycle of the partner's buying process, by taking ownership of the commercials, scope of work and project handover.
• Generate demand by assisting partners to identify current opportunities and leads, and then effectively articulate how can the organization add value through services and solutions
• Continuously monitor our competitors to ensure that our offering and service to our partners remains competitive and superior to maintain the relationship, sales and synergies associated with the partnership.
• Grow the commercial value of channel partners by working with partners to identify and close suitable leads within partners customer bases according to monthly sales growth targets.

Develop, deploy, and maintain all processes, materials, and resources necessary to train and enable channel partners to onboard new customers. * Use sales tools and methodology to effectively manage partners, opportunities, pipelines, and forecasts.Requirements:

• General Qualification in Sales (Degree/Advanced Diploma)
• 4 - 8 years work experience.
• At least 2 years' work experience in a high-performance sales environment.
• Digital marketing expert (advantageous)
• Degree in Marketing and Communications, IMM etc. (advantageous)
• Intermediate MS Excel/Google Sheet skills.
• Self-motivated efficient individual.
• Attention to Detail.
• Able to work well in teams and independently.
• Good partner relationship building and engagement skills.
• Ability to comfortably engage at an executive level.
• Strong creative and innovative skills.

Remuneration:

• R40 000 - R60 000 per month.
