Achieve quarterly and annual sales revenue targets including accurate forecasting of expected future sales.
Build and maintain relationships with current/potential customers, understand their needs and provide comprehensive solutions to meet these needs.
Identify and develop sales goals into the Direct & Indirect Distribution channels.
Penetrate new territories and saturate channels with all company portfolios & build and execute short- and long-term business plans.
Animate/execute marketing activities with distribution channel through collaboration with different divisions.
Lead and coach a team of sales representatives to achieve revenue expectations.
End2End ownership of accounts and ability to meet/exceed financial and unit sales goals.
Lead monthly and quarterly business review with partners and internal stakeholders.
Provide inputs to the product/marketing/regional team on innovative ideas to increase brand recall and sales.
Deliver field feedback to assist Product Management and VP Sales with the formulation of market changes / internal gaps to meet the needs of the assigned market/territory.
Experience in e-commerce and digital sales channels will be a great add.

Qualifications
10 years + experience in distribution/retail business sales.
Ability to manage teams across different regions - travel 50% of time.
Proven successful track record in channel management & channel development.
Ability to use digital tools & communicate through digital means with team and customers.
Demonstrated ability to create and deliver professional presentations.
Proven ability to create and analyze reports to identify trends to problem solve and drive.
