Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Chartered Accountant with 2-3 years of experience in a finance department. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in financial management, with experience in the B2B environment being a significant advantage. This role involves managing financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and providing strategic financial insights to support business decisions.BASIC JOB DESCRIPTION

• Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant accounting standards.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the development of budgets and financial forecasts, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Audit and Compliance: Coordinate and support internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Taxation: Manage tax filings and ensure compliance with local and national tax regulations.
• Accounts Management: Oversee accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to provide financial insights and support business initiatives.
• Process Improvement: dentify and implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting and operational efficiency.

REQUIRED MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.
• 2-3 years of experience in a finance department.
• Previous experience in a B2B environment is beneficial.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
