We are seeking an experienced CA to lead the financial operations of the Company.The CA will be responsible for overseeing the companys financial management, planning, and reporting activities.This pivotal role will work closely with the Board of Directors, Senior management, and the Executive team, providing expert financial guidance and ensuring the companys long-term financial health and success.Scope of Work:Daily Reporting and management of Finances and bank accountsConduct weekly and reviews of the cash forecastOversee monthly review of all journalsAuthorization and approval of daily and weekly EFT PaymentsCash book maintenanceManagement of debtors and creditors functionsStrategic planningAssets management including fixed assets, acquisitions and disposals (CAPEX Management)Cash management of the companyReview GL recons monthlyPrepare forecasts and budgetsDeliver management accounts to the board, including variance analysis.Review balance sheet reconciliations monthly.Maintenance of fixed asset registerComplete monthly VAT returns.Calculate annual and monthly taxes for audits and submit annual tax returns (ITR14).Prepare annual financial statements.Oversee the audit process.Contract managementCompliance with laws and legislationManaging BEE complianceManagement of ProcurementSupply Chain ManagementSigning off PaymentsAuthorisation of Banking & Liaising with bankersBank ProcessingCost Analysis Per SiteIncome VS Expenditure ReportsPreparation of Tender costings and submissionsNegotiations of SuppliersCustomer MeetingsNegotiating Customer IncreasesDrawing up of SLAsScorecard performance reviewsPresentationsInsurancesInvestmentsOpening up of new facilities or business structuresControl Management of all Legal DocumentsControl Management of All Company Policies & ProceduresAll Legislations & Risk Management & ComplianceAccounting SystemManagement of Accounting ConsultantsManagement of Business AdvisorsPublic LiabilityJob Experience & Skills Required: Qualifications:Matric (Grade 12)

5 15 Years experience in a relevant role
