Job Description
The client is a renowned boutique coastal retreat offering exclusive guest experiences in a refined and relaxed setting. AsChef de Partie, you will work under the direction of the Head Chef to execute high-end, beautifully presented dishes using fresh, seasonal ingredients. You'll be expected to maintain impeccable standards of hygiene, mise en place, and time management, while contributing positively to the kitchen culture.
This role is ideal for a confident and creative CDP who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment and has a deep respect for flavour and presentation. You'll play a key part in delivering exceptional dining experiences to discerning guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and present dishes to the highest standard
Maintain consistency and quality across all service periods
Ensure cleanliness and organisation of the workstation
Contribute ideas to menu development and daily specials
Support junior staff and maintain a collaborative kitchen environment
Uphold health and safety and hygiene regulations at all times
Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role within a fine dining or luxury boutique property
Culinary qualification preferred
Solid understanding of modern cooking techniques and plating
High attention to detail, time management, and teamwork
Strong communication skills and a professional work ethic
Ability to start immediately
Between 1 - 3 Years
