Job Title: Chef De Partie PastryKey Responsibilities:- Prepare and present a wide variety of pastries, desserts, and baked goods according to established recipes and standards- Work closely with the Executive Pastry Chef to plan and execute menus that meet the needs and preferences of our guests- Ensure that all dishes are prepared and presented in a timely and efficient manner- Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety at all times- Train and supervise junior pastry chefs to ensure consistency and quality in all pastry preparations- Monitor and control inventory levels to minimize waste and maintain cost efficiency- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to continuously improve and innovate our pastry offeringsRequirements:- Proven experience as a Chef De Partie Pastry or similar role- Excellent knowledge of pastry and baking techniques- Strong leadership and communication skills- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment- Creativity and passion for creating unique and delicious pastries- High attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed- Valid food handling and sanitation certification- Degree in Culinary Arts or relevant field is a plus
