A Culinary Arts Certificate, Diploma, or equivalent qualification from a recognised institution (advantageous but not mandatory with proven experience).

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Grill Chef or similar role.
Proficient in cooking steaks to various doneness levels (rare to well-done) and working with hot and cold stations.
Experience in preparing a range of dishes, including salads, desserts, and grill items.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook steaks, ensuring accuracy to customer specifications.
Operate both cold and hot stations, including grill, sautxc3xa9, and salad preparation.
Create and present high-quality salads, desserts, and other dishes.
Follow food safety and hygiene standards to maintain a clean and organised kitchen.
Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service during peak hours.
Manage stock levels and ensure fresh ingredients are readily available.
Consistently deliver dishes with the highest quality and presentation standards.
