Purpose:
We are looking for a pastry chef.
Responsibilities
- Formal cooking/ pastry degree/diploma preferable.
- Experience in a la carte and banqueting preparation in pastry.
- Previous experience with chocolate and sugar work.
- Creative individual needed with passion for pastry section.
- Matric
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a pastry position in the kitchen.
- Portfolio required
