Job Summary The Executive Chef is responsible for the overall management of kitchen operations, ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality cuisine while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and . The Executive Chef will lead and inspire the culinary team, drive innovation, and uphold the organization's reputation for excellence in food service. Key responsibilities also include fostering a culture of continuous improvement, maintaining resident satisfaction, and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and standards. Duties & Responsibilities Operational Management Plan and oversee menus for all food outlets, ensuring variety, quality, and alignment with resident preferences and organizational standards. Manage the workflow of kitchen employees, including scheduling, delegating tasks, and supervising food preparation to ensure efficiency and high-quality output. Develop and standardize recipes and techniques to ensure consistent quality and presentation while minimizing waste. Implement and monitor hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards in line with regulatory requirements. Oversee the use and maintenance of kitchen equipment and facilities, ensuring regular cleaning, servicing, and replacement where necessary. Manage daily kitchen operations to meet service delivery.
