Job Description
The candidate must have a technical and/or mechanical background/qualification and possesses a N1N3 and/or N4N6 certificate, focusing on the theory of fitting, turning, and machining. A mechanical aptitude will be a strong advantageA person who enjoys working with their hands, have the patience to set up machinery, is practical and have an interest in learning and working with drawings like a Boilermaker, Plumber, Fitter & Turner, Welder will fit the criteriaRequirements:Strong basic technical and engineering abilities.Proven manufacturing skills, troubleshooting abilities and engineering knowledge.Demonstrate leadership through effective interaction and communication with clients, peers and members of supervisory and management levels.Minimum of 3 years working experience in site installations, manufacturing & assembly.Valid and unendorsed Code 08 drivers license.Skills:Good command of both English and Afrikaans.Detail orientated; reliable, self-disciplined, problem solving and technical report writing.Ability to perform unsupervised tasks and supervision of work units.Travel for work - In some cases the time duration could be anything for a week or 2.Have strength, stamina, and flexibility.Follow safety protocols Safety knowledge is extremely crucial and practiced regularly.Own transport to & from workTo start A.S.A.P.
