Job Description


To be responsible for the clerical, administration and data capture service to the relevant Maintenance and Construction Divisions in accordance with the relevant procedures.
Key Responsibility AreasControl the administrative activities.

  • Supervision, control, training and monitoring of subordinate staff performance.
  • Responsible for maintaining effective industrial relations.
  • Facilitating the financial aspects of the Depot.
  • Responsible for monitoring the performance of security by ensuring compliance with Depot
requirements.
  • Actively support and promote safety and accident prevention.
  • Provides departmental support in terms of specific activities to line functions.

Essential RequirementsGrade 12 (NQF Level 4) or equivalent.

  • 3 years relevant experience
  • Computer Literacy.
Preferred RequirementsGrade 12 (NQF Level 4) or equivalent and an Administrative Certificate.
  • 4 Years relevant experience.
