Key Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance the groups commercial strategy.
- Lead sales, marketing, and remarketing efforts across markets.
- Drive business growth in South Africa and the broader SADC region.
- Manage and develop key strategic alliances and partnerships.
- Monitor commercial activities for sustainability.
- Oversee ad-hoc projects and ensure successful completion.
- Lead and manage a high-performing team.
- Expertise in commercial, sales, and marketing in asset-based finance.
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
- Strategic leadership and decision-making.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and MS Office skills (advanced Excel).
- Deep knowledge of funding markets and industry relationships.
- Commercial or Postgraduate degree in management or a related field.
- 10-15 years experience in Financial Services or Equipment Finance.
- Strategic leadership, networking, organisational awareness.
- Business communication and financial acumen.
- Decision-making and risk mitigation strategies.
