To supervise, guide, direct staff and resources to successfully alienate council property for residential development.
Key Responsibility AreasIdentifies and defines immediate, short- and long-term objectives with associated with the sale of municipal owned land for residential development.Control outcomes associated with productivity and performance of personnel.Interrogates and investigates applications from the public.Implements and administers the sale of the municipal owned immovable property.Administers,controls and checks the post sales process.Investigates and concludes ancillary transactions to give effects to council programmescontrls and implements spending with bugdetary constraints and prepares monthly and quaterly reports on the financial implications of the sectionAdministers and controls the document flow of the section.

Essential RequirementsTertiary qualification(NQF Level 6) in the Real Estates or Property Management or Built Environment(e.g. Town Planningor Housing) or Administration field or any other relted and equivalent qualification.Valid motor vehicle driving license5 Years relent experienceComputer Literacy
Preferred RequirementsTertiary qualifications (NQF Level 7) in the Real Estate or Property Management or Built Environment(e.g. Town Planning or Housing) or Administration field or any other related and equivalent qualification.6 Years relevant experience.
