The CEO will provide visionary leadership to drive the companyxe2x80x99s strategic growth, operational excellence and local success.Required Qualifications & Experience

• Relevant Degree or Tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
• A minimum of 10 years of senior leadership experience, preferably within the property or estate agency sector.
• Proven track record in strategic planning, business development, and marketing.
• Experience in franchising and understanding of the South African property market.

Technical Tasks, Competencies & Experience:

• Develop and implement the companyxe2x80x99s strategic plan to achieve growth and profitability.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's footprint in the South African property market.
• Oversee daily operations to ensure the company functions efficiently and effectively.
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and market share.
• Oversee the implementation of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, print, and social media.
• Vet and approve franchise applications, ensuring alignment with companyxe2x80x99s brand and operational standards.
• Develop and manage the annual budget to ensure financial health and sustainability.
• Oversee financial performance and implement strategies to achieve financial targets.
• Ensure that all business activities comply with relevant laws and regulations.
• Maintain high standards of corporate governance and ethical conduct.
