Job Description
Our client, a leader in their industry, is seeking to appoint a dynamic and experienced Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to drive the company's growth and success. The company operates multiple stores across the KZN province and is poised for further expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic initiatives to advance the company's mission and objectives. Provide leadership and guidance to the management team to ensure operational excellence. Oversee financial performance, ensuring robust financial controls and a strong understanding of finance. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the organization. Ensure compliance with in-house systems and regulatory requirements. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, partners, and customers.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Proven experience in a similar executive role within the retail industry. Demonstrated hands-on approach to management and problem-solving. Strong financial acumen and experience with in-house systems. Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to drive strategic growth and operational efficiency.
