Position Summary

ONE

is seeking a visionary, entrepreneurial, strategic, and mission-driven Chief Executive Officer (CEO) who will be charged with defining and overseeing the strategic direction and daily operations of

ONE Security Group

. The CEO will be responsible for personnel management, organisational growth, financial sustainability that will allow

ONE Security Group

to implement its mission and reach ambitious goals. As CEO, this individual will report directly to the Founder and build and manage the staff leadership team.

Responsibilities:

Strategy & Organizational Leadership

Work with the Founder in setting the vision and strategy for the organization Manage leaders of each division to set and achieve ambitious goals within their realms Build a results-driven company with members who have the influence and networks necessary to help achieve organization goals Enforce a strong core values-based organizational culture among staff

External Engagement & Outreach

To ensure the Chief Executive Officer effectively builds external engagement and outreach, it is imperative to implement strategic initiatives that elevate the ONE Security brand nationwide. By cultivating strong relationships with key stakeholders, the CEO will enhance community support and foster trust in our services. Furthermore, proactive outreach efforts, including high-impact events and strategic partnerships, will fortify our brand presence, allowing ONE Security to resonate deeply within diverse communities. This commitment to external engagement will not only strengthen our reputation but also ensure sustained growth and operational success across all regions.

Operations and Resource Management

Develop and oversee the organization's budget Assist the creation and enforcement of the organization's financial policies and procedures Set the organizational policy and benefits for

ONE Security

employees Develop sound Human Resources practices to recruit, vet, equip, deploy, and retain high -performing staff members

Competencies Required:

Adaptability in a fast-paced, changing environment. Professionalism, flexibility, and teamwork. Effective relationship building with all organizational levels. Strong stakeholder management skills. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Efficient task, resource, and time management.

Educational Qualifications:

Educational Qualifications: A minimum of ten years of experience in the management of a security industry company is required. A proven background in business administration is essential. The candidate must possess experience in managing a large team within complex circumstances. A strong understanding of budgets and finance is necessary. Expertise in the formulation of national sales strategies for corporate clients, including blue-chip companies and high-net-worth individuals, is preferred.

Technical Proficiency:
