To encompass overseeing the company's assets, managing cash flow & producing internal and external financial reports.Required Qualifications:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant - Not negotiable
• At least 15 yearsxe2x80x99 post qualification experience with 5 years experience as a CFO of a Large Corporation - Not negotiable
• Previous experience with finance/financial consolidations/annual financial statements and board reporting.
